Tortilla bread is a special bread used for various types of filling.
It is very thin in size compared to plain bread, round shape, ease and speed of preparation, and its palatable taste in all age groups. Tortilla bread is served as a side dish and a snack. Clean cotton cloth or plastic bag tightly sealed so that it does not run into the air and dry and break.
Tortilla plain bread
Three cups of flour.
A teaspoon of salt and baking powder.
One-third cup of vegetable oil.
A glass of warm water.
Place the flour, salt, baking powder in the mixer bowl and mix the ingredients together.
Add the oil and water to the flour mixture, and mix the ingredients together in a homogeneous manner to get a soft paste.
Place the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour, and divide it into about 16 balls of equal size.

Hot Tortilla Bread
1/4 cup flour.
1/4 teaspoon of: Baking powder, hot red pepper.
Three tablespoons of oil.
Half a teaspoon of turmeric.
Warm water as needed.
Place the flour, salt, baking powder in a deep bowl, and mix the ingredients together in a homogeneous manner.
Add the hot pepper and turmeric to the flour mixture and roll the ingredients together, add the oil and mix the ingredients homogenously.
Add the water gradually to the mixture until you have a smooth, non-adhering paste. Continue kneading for ten minutes, then cover the dough with a nylon bag and leave it for a quarter of an hour until you relax.
Divide dough into balls of equal size, and spread them on circles on a surface sprinkled with flour.
Heat a skillet with a small amount of oil, and start adding the circles, and the heart until it ripens and changes its color.
Tuna Sandwich with Tortilla Bread
