Lebanese bread is used in many meals if not all of them are of different types. We eat bread for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; therefore bread is the main food, especially in the Arab countries. White flour, brown flour, and corn flour are sometimes used to make bread, so it contains many useful and important nutrients such as carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.
Preparation of Lebanese bread :
The ingredients :
- Two and a half cups of white flour.
- Tablespoon and a half of sugar.
- A cup of warm water;( in order to give the yeast fermentation effect).
- Half a tablespoon of salt.
How to prepare :
Place the sugar, yeast and lukewarm water in a deep bowl, stir the ingredients well, then leave them for five minutes until brewing yeast.
Place the flour and salt in a kneading container and mix well. Add the yeast mixture to the flour and knead it for 10 minutes to get a cohesive paste. If you need more water you can add a little water and if the dough is too soft, Add a little white flour; it is important that the paste be coherent.
We leave the dough to relax for only a quarter of an hour and note that its size doubles after you relax.
Cut the dough into pellets – after fermentation – according to the desired size, and place it on a tray sprinkled with a little white flour.
Cover dough pellets with a clean, wet cloth and leave for half an hour to ferment and become easy for the individual. Heat the oven in a high temperature, place in the baking tray and leave.
Drain the dough pellets on a clean surface sprinkled with a little white flour, using the squash flour.
We put a piece of kitchen paper on top of the loaf of bread, which we made a piece of kitchen paper to put bread loaves on top of each other.
Remove the tray from the oven, and place the appropriate number of free bread, and enter into the oven and leave it until red.
Cover the loaves of bread after removing them from the oven slightly, so as not to become solid.

- Six to eight loaves of Lebanese bread.
- Half a kilo of minced meat.
- Medium onion, cut into small cubes.
- A large tomato, ripe, chopped into small cubes. Garlic of garlic.
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped.
- Two tablespoons of pomegranate molasses.
- 2 tablespoons coriander, finely chopped.
- A quarter cup of green pepper, chopped.
- Half a teaspoon of chili.
- One teaspoon and a half of the seven spices.
- One teaspoon of salt.
- A quarter cup of melted butter, or quail.
How to prepare :
Mix minced meat, onions, garlic, chopped tomatoes, green peppers, pomegranate molasses, parsley, coriander, hot peppers, seven spices, salt and a large bowl, or in a food processor.
We open the loaves of bread carefully, put in a mixture of meat and then separate it evenly.
Bake in the oven until the bread is crispy and the meat is ripe from the inside, ie, thirty minutes. Remove the loaves from the oven and place them on the serving plate.
Note: We can grind the loaves of bread on the charcoal by placing them on the grill, stirring every two minutes, until they ripen from the inside without burning them from the outside.
